The Captured Workplace Campaign will run
bi-monthly until June 2010. |

The company being captured must be registered company. |
| 3. |
If your company has been captured you may not enter the campaign again. |

To qualify for this competition you need to register on www.hatfieldplaza.co.za. |

More than one employee may enter the competition per company. |
| 6. |
The prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. |
| 7. |
Growthpoint Securitisation Warehouse Trust, Primedia Lifestyle, Hatfield Plaza or any of its tenants and its employees, all other employees contracted to work at the participating owners and employees of the participating retail outlets, advertising and promotional agencies and its employees shall not be allowed to participate in the competition. |

The independent auditors’ decision is final and binding and cannot be appealed or reviewed in any fashion whatsoever. No correspondence will be entered into. |

The entrants shall have no claim of whatsoever nature or from whatsoever cause arising against either the landlord, managing agent or any affiliated company of the aforementioned pertaining to Hatfield Plaza. |

No amendment, variation or cancellation of this clause or of this agreement shall be binding unless reduced to writing and contained in competition communication. |

The promoters reserve the right to make media announcements and/or publications of the participants of the promotion and the entrant hereby
expressly gives his/her permission to be freely represented and promoted in all such material and announcements, including personal appearances. |
